As your family photographer, I want to give you the gift of being able to not only look back and remember the memories created during the session but to feel what it was like to be so close with the family you love so much. My sessions are filled with warm and joyful family interaction ~ lots of laughing and getting close together ~ so that you can have the memories you'll want to display and share for years to come.

Though there will be at least one or two of everyone-look-at-the-camera and smile images, the majority of my images come from lots of playing or snuggling and very little looking at the camera. One of my strengths is the ability to create an environment that's fun yet relaxed, which will take away the pressure that you and your children need to preform. Most children thrive with this sense of freedom which then helps bring out the best in their personalities and almost always results in stunning, gorgeous, cherished-forever imagery.

Artistically, I'm most inspired by lots of golden light and so all my family sessions are scheduled during the golden hour, which is the last hour before sunset, and will be located in one of my favorite outdoor locations. The focus and highlight of my images are on you as the family and so I prefer to be photographing the family in nature that is accented with simple elements.

Aside from providing beautiful images, another gift I try to give each client is the feeling of beauty and confidence. So I make sure I become a valuable resource in hair & makeup and outfit planning. More importantly, I bring passion and enthusiasm to our session that is simply contagious! It more than helps to work out those self-conscience jitters and feeling of awkwardness, allowing your best self to shine.
